- World-class aviation hub, built to 4F standards: Located 20 km from Phnom Penh and spanning 2,600 hectares, Techo International Airport is capable of handling large aircraft such as the Airbus A380 and Boeing 747-8. As one of the few airports globally certified at the 4F level, KTI is well-positioned to support intercontinental cargo routes.
- Scalable capacity up to 45 million passengers/year: Developed in three phases through 2050, the airport will initially accommodate 15 million passengers annually, with plans to scale up to 45 million. Airline Operations Update
Effective today, all flights operated by Vietnam Airlines, Thai Airways, EVA Air, Cathay Pacific, and Air Cambodia have transitioned to Techo International Airport. Turkish Airlines is also evaluating the launch of a direct route from Istanbul to Phnom Penh via KTI.
