27/06/2022

Due to the nature of the shipment as high-value goods with oversized dimensions (11/20 packages with a width of over 7m), the utmost caution is required in the handling of the shipment. To do this, Vantage Project has arranged a team of deligation staff, engineers and field supervisors to closely monitor each stage in the shipment processing process since the factory until the goods arrive at the port and load onto the ship.
Besides, due to the effects of the prolonged epidemic situation, the project has been delayed many times. The parties had difficulties in finalizing the cargo storage plan becaus of the contract between the parties such as: storing goods at the factory's warehouse or at the port or at the yard outside the factory and the port... Vantage had actively offered a variety of solutions for client so that they can choose the most optimal plan that meets their needs.
At the same time, before the ship docks in Vietnam, it must dock at an Indonesian port, however, due to stormy weather and prolonged port jams, leaving Indonesian ports has become difficult and delayed many times before being officially docked at Dung Quat port. Vantage at this time has maximized its role in connecting the parties, monitoring the ship schedule every day extremely closely and regularly informing the parties so as not to delay the shipment's progress.
