Successfully transported 4 Liebherr cranes LHM550+LHM500 from Tan Vu port, Hai Phong to Nosco Shipyard Quang Ninh factory
[Vantage Logistics] In March 2023, Vantage Logistics successfully transported 4 Liebherr cranes LHM550 & LHM500 from Tan Vu port, Hai Phong to Nosco Shipyard factory in Quang Ninh.

LHM550: 64.55mL x 15.3mW x 33.7mH x 417Tons
LHM500: 63.11mL x 13.8mW x 35.59mH x 438Tons
The order fulfillment of an urgent request in terms of limited preparation time as well as working space, also be responsible for carrying out the procedures and permits to fully meet the regulations of the relevant government agencies.

Lashing/ dunnage/ seafasterning on barg
During the lashing/ dunnage/ seafastering calculation on the barge, balancing calculation during unloading from the ship to the barge, and the loading of the crane from the barge to the factory, the Vantage Logistics project team discussed with domestic and foreign experts, as well as a team of technicians and work closely with the Port Captain and Master of the MV AAL MELBOURNE. It is thanks to the coordination in developing the plan right after loading at the port, from discussing and planning to exchange feasible plans to save costs for all parties that have helped Vantage Logistics Corp. and participating units understand each other's working styles, thereby creating smooth coordination when performed at the head of Tan Vu unloading port, Hai Phong and Nosco shipyard Quang Ninh, Viet Nam.

Direct discharging from vessel to barge with combined vessel cranes
This is the first order that client choose to import Liebherr cranes LHM550 & LHM500 complete instead of disassembled. The row size is very high, long and heavy, along with the characteristics of the operating mechanism, which has caused many difficulties for engineers and experts to coordinate in the manipulation process.
Barging with escort With more than 2000 hours of preparation for human resources, vehicles and equipment just to carry out the operation in 216 hours of operation, the entire team of engineers, coordinators, safety, HSE of Vantage project team has alternated working 24/24 to meet the vessel’s leaving schedule as well as catch the suitable tidal water level for roll on operation at Nosco Shipyard Quang Ninh.
