[UGENT] Ho Chi Minh City controls groups of people who are allowed to circulate during the period of social distancing from August 23, 2021
From 0:00 23 August 2021, HCMC authority impose stricter control on lock down and who could travel within city during lock down time.
According to new rules in strict control, logistics companies must obtain travel permit from Bureau of Industry and Trade, and each company only has quota for 2 personnel to travel.

For document transfer, the courier people are banned at some “red” districts, including: district 8, 12, Go Vap, Binh Tan, Binh Thanh, Binh Chanh, Hoc Mon; For the remaining districts, the couriers could only pick up and deliver within the district so the moving of paper documents such as Certificate of Origin, Fumigation… encounters delays, too.
